Your product may be eligible for exchange, return or refund depending on product category and condition.

To be eligible to claim an exchange, return or refund, contact us within 3 hours of receiving your shipment if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete or you have received wrong items.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product (color, size, or other variations) when placing an order. If an error occurs in the selection, customers must notify the Purr.pk staff during the order confirmation call.

Returns

  • The item must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed and without any damage to the original package.
  • If customer does not receive order at the time of delivery, he/she is liable to pay delivery charges mentioned in the order.
  • In case of returns due to any reason, customer will bear the shipping charges.
  • The product must include original tags, user manuals, freebies, accessories or complimentary items.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging without any damage, tapes, or stickers. The product will not be packed in another packaging after removing the original packaging.
  • If a product is returned damaged, broken, used, worn or compromised in any form, Purr.pk holds the right to send it back to you without entertaining any claims.

Refunds

  • Our team will contact you if a received product is eligible for refunds. The refund will be processed through online payment methods such as bank transfer, Easy Paisa or JazzCash.
  • Refunds usually take 4-6 working days to process.

Exchange

  • Food items are not eligible for exchange, return or refund unless you have received the wrong item.
  • Purr.pk only accepts exchange on pet accessories if you have a color or size issue. You must notify Purr.pk within 3 hours of receiving the shipment in case you want an exchange.
